Duties include:
- Diary management and travel arrangements
- Client liaison
- Dictaphone typing
- Preparation of precedent court documents
- Amending documents
- Monthly billing
- All other general ad hoc tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing
To be considered for these roles you must have:
- A minimum 12 months experience as a Legal Secretary
- A switched on enthusiastic personality happy to help in all areas
- A fast and accurate typing speed and developed MS Office skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A professional presentation
