Duties include:

  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Client liaison
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Preparation of precedent court documents
  • Amending documents
  • Monthly billing
  • All other general ad hoc tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing

To be considered for these roles you must have:

  • A minimum 12 months experience as a Legal Secretary
  • A switched on enthusiastic personality happy to help in all areas
  • A fast and accurate typing speed and developed MS Office skills
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A professional presentation
