Legal PA – Risk Advisory
An international firm with a dynamic and highly engaged team are recruiting a Legal PA to join their Risk Advisory Team. This is a modern and forward thinking firm with a great team in their Dublin office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal PA with billing experience in a mid-size firm to join an major global name and support Senior Fee Earners.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 2+ years as a Legal PA dealing with commercial files / clients
- Can demonstrate strong working knowledge of the billing process.
- Is a team-player who can be agile and work across various members of the team as required.
Your daily tasks in this role will include:
- Delivery of high-quality administrative support to fee-earners.
- Proactively managing the monthly and quarterly billing processes.
- Updating client database and CRM for any BD activities.
- Producing high quality documents.
