A prestigious Irish company is seeking a highly organised and dedicated Legal PA/Executive to join their legal team. This role is instrumental in providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth operation of the in-house legal function. - 5 days onsite for first 6 months
- 1 day work from home after probationary period

Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day office management of the Legal Department including attendance recording, management reporting, and scheduling meetings.
- Supporting the General Counsel with administrative tasks such as diary management and preparing management reports.
- File creation and management, ensuring compliance with the Legal Department's data retention policy.
- Preparing files for prosecution hearings and attending counsel in court.
- Preparing briefs for counsel and administrative work related to litigation cases.
- Efficient handling of confidential data and responding to internal and external communications.
- Supporting the management of External Counsel, recording costs, and preparing quarterly reports.
Skills and Requirements for the role:
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organisation and communication skills.
- PA experience including scheduling meetings and diary management.
- Strong team player with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands.
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with case management systems such as Practice Evolve.
- Experience working as a Legal Secretary or Legal Executive in a law firm
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
