A Top 5 law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Litigation Partner and the Head of Department to facilitate an ongoing contract as part of a panel of providers to a state body.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide regular legal reports to the client.
- Liaise with the client(s) and 3rd party key stakeholders in relation to queries.
- Prepare agendas, briefs and meeting packs on a monthly basis, attend meetings.
- Action and coordinate FOI and PQ data requests and other general queries for information.
- Carry out legal research, monitoring developments in case law and legislation.
- Attend Central Office to serve/file proceedings.
- Maintaining and uploading documents and case management system.
- With training and supervision, manage own caseload.
Key skills and Requirements
- Third level degree / Diploma in Law or Legal Studies.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Executive.
- Experience with Project Management, Risk Management, Case Management.
- Excellent professional experience using MS Office packages.
