Fantastic opportunity for a strong Legal Executive join a highly regarded law firm based in Dublin 15 and work within their busy property team.
The bulk of the work in this role will centre on Residential Conveyancing but the team also work with clients purchasing and selling Commercial Property. From time to time there will also be some work involving leasing and experience in this area would be highly advantageous.
- Salary will depend on experience and there is an excellent commission package on offer.

- There is potential for hybrid working (up to 2 days / week from home)
As Property Legal Executive you will have your own caseload in an environment that actively encourages progression and development.
To be considered you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ conveyancing legal Executive work working on all aspects of a residential sale, purchase and re-mortgage.
- Experience acting for landlords and tenants in relation to residential tenancies.
- Demonstrable experience in the investigation of title and title issues including easements, rights of way, adverse possession.
- Well organised and have the ability to communicate on a professional level with both colleagues and clients
