Leading Irish law firm are hiring a newly created role. Supervising a team of highly skilled document specialists, you will also play a hands on role in ongoing document production, technology improvement and process development and analysis of document technologies.
You will have extensive experience in complex legal document production and ideally you will have experience using a number of different technologies for this.
Your duties in this role will include:
- Supervising the production of documents across a variety of departments within the firm, taking responsibility for consistency and quality across your team of specialists.
- Managing a team including workflow allocation, holiday cover and project allocation.
- Creation, editing and formatting of high quality documents – to include contracts, prospectuses, pleadings, reports and correspondence, presentations,.
- Document amendments and markups.
- Ongoing implementation of house formatting style.
- Participation in projects related to document technology and systems.
