We are currently recruiting for a Legal Administrator to join our client in the Financial Services sector, to work within their Legal, Compliance, FOI and Records Management Team. This is a temporary, hybrid role with offices based near the 3 Arena in Dublin 1.
Role Summary
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the management of administrative functions and demonstrate strong organisational skills in matters regarding transparency legislation in particular.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transparency legislation requests (FOI & AIE).
- Collaborate with the CIS Manager to manage the FOI Model Publication Scheme.
- Help ensure Parliamentary Questions (PQs) are processed on time and consistent with previous responses.
- Handle and draft responses to various Departmental queries.
- Support in monitoring the Information Email inbox.

- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
