Lex Consultancy

An administrator with 1-2years’ experience is required for a law firm based in Dublin 2. You will be joining the Corporate team and get excellent experience in Legal Administration.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an office environment and sees themselves moving into a long-term, administrative role in the Legal world.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to fee-earners across the firm – scanning, post, circulating documents, file management.
  • Document preparation, arranging notarization, preparation of document bibles.
  • Board meetings – attendance and minute taking.
  • Supporting in the accounts process – AML, billing, invoices.
  • Correspondence – drafting client correspondence, collating reports, responding to queries.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an office-based, administrative role (it would be advantageous if this was in a legal setting).
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong MS Office experience and ability to work on systems.
