Learning & Development Coordinator

This leading Property Development and Investment organisation have a unique opportunity for a passionate Learning & Development Coordinator to join the People Team. Reporting to the Development & Engagement Lead, the role will involve working collaboratively across the wider People team and broader organisational functions to coordinate and support learning & development activity, strategic people initiatives and employee communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the People team and managers/functional leads to identify gaps and opportunities for learning & development in our business.
  • Support the delivery of face-to-face & virtual learning programs based on existing internal library and assist the L&D team with the design of new content.
  • Schedule and coordinate employee & manager group training and support People Partners with team offsites & workshops as part of the wider business rhythm.
  • Ensure proactive service to the business through timely processing of training requests and CPD applications, including sourcing relevant providers where necessary.
  • Track, evaluate and report on L&D activity as required for industry certification, manager/team metrics and individual employee file updates.
  • Coordinate and publish key messages on centralised employee comms platform and update calendar to ensure campaigns aligned to business and engagement survey rhythm.
  • Participate in and assist with People team projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience is required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience coordinating, scheduling and supporting learning & development activity.
  • Experience in construction environment advantageous but not required.
  • Passion for participating in and learning from conversations with varied stakeholder groups and influencing business outcomes through training and communications activity.
  • Proactive interest in building strong relationships and driving positive messaging across all employee groups and centralised communication platforms.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple work streams and problem solve to meet changing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Efficient in all Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Salary €45,000-€55,000 doe plus performance related bonus and excellent bens package including full Healthcare Insurance and Pension and other various add on perks.
