Learning and Development Administrator required for a temp opportunity within Dublin City Centre. The role is hybrid (2 days onsite and 3 WFH) and centrally located in Dublin 1.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of all L&D offerings, e.g. skills sessions, team workshops, development programmes, mentoring programme etc.
- Manage/Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) for all learning events and keep attendance records up to date
- Produce evaluation surveys and collate feedback for all internal learning offerings
- Schedule the Induction Programme for new joiners, provide support on the day and act as representative for the L&D and HR Teams
- Administer applications and payments for the Education Support Scheme (ESS)
- Book ad hoc external training courses and conferences
- Process L&D payments on the automated Purchase2Pay system, analyse and reconcile monthly credit card statements promptly
- Manage the professional subscriptions reimbursements process via the HR management system and practising certificate payments on behalf of solicitors
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly training reports for various stakeholders
- Respond to and resolve any queries to the L&D Team mailbox
Experience/ Skills required for the role
- Minimum one-two years’ office / work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of Microsoft Office, competent use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexible, able to work unsupervised
- Strong attention to detail
- Good co-ordination skills
Preferable:
- 3rd level Business Qualification
- Some experience of events organisation/co-ordination
- Experience in a professional services organisation
