Learning and Development Administrator required for a temp opportunity within Dublin City Centre. The role is hybrid (2 days onsite and 3 WFH) and centrally located in Dublin 1.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of all L&D offerings, e.g. skills sessions, team workshops, development programmes, mentoring programme etc.
  • Manage/Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) for all learning events and keep attendance records up to date
  • Produce evaluation surveys and collate feedback for all internal learning offerings
  • Schedule the Induction Programme for new joiners, provide support on the day and act as representative for the L&D and HR Teams
  • Administer applications and payments for the Education Support Scheme (ESS)
  • Book ad hoc external training courses and conferences
  • Process L&D payments on the automated Purchase2Pay system, analyse and reconcile monthly credit card statements promptly
  • Manage the professional subscriptions reimbursements process via the HR management system and practising certificate payments on behalf of solicitors
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly training reports for various stakeholders
  • Respond to and resolve any queries to the L&D Team mailbox

Experience/ Skills required for the role

  • Minimum one-two years’ office / work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office, competent use of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexible, able to work unsupervised
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good co-ordination skills

Preferable:

  • 3rd level Business Qualification
  • Some experience of events organisation/co-ordination
  • Experience in a professional services organisation
