This is a permanent position working with a higher education body based close to Sandyford Business Park
This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver efficient, digitally integrated business and operational systems.
Reporting to the Head of IT & Digital Transformation, the focus will be on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 Power Platform, Canvas VLE, and legacy CRM app on MySQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve operational aspects involving IT.
- Provide advice and consultation to enhance company effectiveness.
- Analyze and identify areas for IT service and solution improvement.
- Translate requirements into IT project specifications.
- Design and propose solutions, recommending changes in IT policies, structure, and operations.
- Implement problem-solving techniques for effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze solution efficiency, making continuous improvements.
- Identify, communicate, and manage project risks.
- Develop project plans for IT development and testing.
Required Attributes:
- Three years of relevant IT project experience.
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant Business Information Systems field.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 platform solutions.
- Proficiency in interviewing end-users, documenting processes, and translating requirements into specifications.
- Ability to design improved business processes enhancing customer experience.
- Experience in the educational sector.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing projects.
- Proficiency in designing solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform, Canvas VLEs, Teams, and Zoom.
