Key Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence and prepare investment committee materials for new investment opportunities.
- Perform industry and company research and analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Assist with financial modelling and valuations to evaluate potential investments.
- Engage with third-party advisors, including appointment and scope management.
- Manage project workflows during deal execution processes.
- Collaborate with clients, co-investors, advisers, and internal stakeholders to create, execute, and manage investments.
Key Skills and Requirements
- A third-level qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Scientific, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience, ideally in corporate finance, investment appraisal, or commercial/financial due diligence.
- Strong interest in investment and a desire to develop expertise in this field.
- Excellent academic profile with a commitment to pursuing professional qualifications.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
