Professional services firm based in Dublin 6 are seeking an experienced Administrator to work within their Intellectual Property Patens department. The ideal candidate will work within a team of 4 IP assistants supporting the Attorneys .This individual will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately.

- Hours of work are flexible between 8-6pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hour working week

The ideal candidate must have exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, ability to meet deadlines, and ideally 3 years’ experience in an IP/Trademark administrative role where you would have completed the duties below.
Duties as Team administrator include:
- Accurately creating documentation by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Attention to detail is critical to this role. Prioritising urgent work by reading and routing correspondence, collecting information and initiating telecommunications.
- Preparing, filing documents and completion of online forms for new work.
- Using a variety of internal and external software packages, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. to produce correspondence, documents, presentations, records and spreadsheets.
- Managing projects, and contributing to productivity and sales group
- Reception cover.
- Preparing daily draft invoices, including obtaining purchase order numbers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (desirable) or equivalent experience
- Experience in legal assistance
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols
