HR Assistant (Professional Services)

We are working with a leading, full-service professional services firm in Dublin, seeking to recruit an experienced HR Assistant to join their HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic, progressive organisation known for its ambitious and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
- Provide HR administrative support across various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Assist with employee documentation such as contracts, recruitment paperwork, and employee benefits.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, shortlisting applications, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and the HR database, ensuring compliance with all leave and documentation requirements.
- Help manage CSR initiatives and internal engagement programs, including employee wellness and corporate social responsibility projects.
- Process applications for internal benefits, such as the Bike to Work scheme and tax saver travel tickets.
- Co-Ordinate Transition Year Programme.
Key Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Excel.
- Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least two years of HR administration experience in a professional services environment.
- A third-level qualification in HR or a related field is essential; a CIPD qualification is advantageous.
- A good understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
