This is a permanent transactional role suited to a HR graduate with approximately 2 years of experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting HR functions, ensuring the seamless execution of various operational processes and the administrative aspects of HR operations as well as maintaining accurate employee records, streamlining workflows, and providing valuable insights into process improvements.
This organisation has the capacity to offer career development and opportunities. The vast majority of the duties are linked to Ireland but may deal with other European locations if the need arises.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HRIS, ideally Workday and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary on offer is approximately €43k - 47k
