HR Officer – Prestigious Real Estate Organisation – Dublin 2
A leading and prestigious real estate organisation is currently recruiting a HR Officer to join their head office in Dublin 2. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and supportive environment. Reporting directly to the HR Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the HRIS system, ensuring accurate data entry and providing end-user support.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation.
- Lead the onboarding and induction process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Coordinate training and development plans and track employee progress.
- Support the performance management process, including scheduling performance reviews and tracking goals.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring full compliance with employment laws and GDPR regulations.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR role.
- Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS systems; experience with Sage HR is highly desirable.
- Degree in HR or Business-related discipline required; CIPD qualification is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
