HR Manager - 14 month contract

Senior HR Manager – 14 Month FTC Dublin | Hybrid Working | Financial Services/Public Sector

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join a high-performing HR team within a leading public sector financial services organisation on a 14-month fixed-term contract.

This role will suit a commercially minded HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and enjoys partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful people solutions across recruitment, employee relations, engagement, performance and organisational development.

The Role Supporting multiple business units across the organisation, the Senior HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions
  • Managing employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and performance processes
  • Supporting workforce planning, recruitment and retention strategies
  • Advising managers on performance management, absenteeism and employee engagement
  • Supporting compensation, reward and career framework initiatives
  • Analysing people data and trends to support evidence-based decision making
  • Driving HR best practice and ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation
  • Supporting HR projects, process improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives
  • Promoting engagement with HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR role
  • CIPD qualification and relevant third-level degree
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice
  • Proven employee relations experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Experience working in complex or regulated environments
  • HR systems experience, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
  • A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach

Experience designing or supporting career and reward frameworks would be advantageous.
