Senior HR Manager – 14 Month FTC Dublin | Hybrid Working | Financial Services/Public Sector
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join a high-performing HR team within a leading public sector financial services organisation on a 14-month fixed-term contract.

The Role Supporting multiple business units across the organisation, the Senior HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategy.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions
- Managing employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and performance processes
- Supporting workforce planning, recruitment and retention strategies
- Advising managers on performance management, absenteeism and employee engagement
- Supporting compensation, reward and career framework initiatives
- Analysing people data and trends to support evidence-based decision making
- Driving HR best practice and ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation
- Supporting HR projects, process improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives
- Promoting engagement with HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR role
- CIPD qualification and relevant third-level degree
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice
- Proven employee relations experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience working in complex or regulated environments
- HR systems experience, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach
Experience designing or supporting career and reward frameworks would be advantageous.
