A large, Irish Professional Services firm have a fantastic opportunity to join their HR team on a 12mth Maternity Leave contract.
This role is covering a member of the team with expertise in employee relations and the ideal candidate will be able to provide support to fill this skillset gap. Whilst it is a generalist role for the most part you will advise on employee relation issues. In order to be successful in this position you will have lead investigations and/or been an advisor on performance management, disciplinary procedures and/or grievances. While this will form part of the role however it will not be high volume so if you are someone who wants to keep this skillset fresh while working primarily in a generalist role this could be the role for you!
- The salary for this role is €45,000-€47,00.
- Hybrid working - two days onsite in Dublin 2.
- Generalist role with some employee relations and performance management elements.
- 12 month Fixed term contract.
Responsibilities for this role will include:
- Act as point of contact for HR matters across the business; provide advisory services and support managers across the firm.
- Prepare payroll submissions.
- Advise on Employee relations issues
- Collaborate on projects related to employee engagement and change management.
- Support annual review processes.
- Support broader HR team on various projects and provide clear, robust reporting and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years’ experience in HR Executive role in an organisation with a large population.
- Lead employee relations investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Excellent IT skills and experience building relationships across business units in a collaborative approach.
