Hybrid Working: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

Our client, a well-established and highly respected organisation within the arts and cultural sector, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is looking to expand their experience across all areas of HR while working closely with an experienced HR leader in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR function, ensuring HR operations run efficiently while contributing to wider HR initiatives and projects.
The Role
This position will have a strong HR Operations focus and will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering a high standard of HR support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day HR operations function
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparing contracts and employee documentation
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Supporting payroll administration by ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date
- Ensuring HR compliance documentation is maintained and organised
- Assisting with employee relations processes and HR meetings where required
- Produce HR reports and management information as requested
- Identifying opportunities to improve existing HR processes and procedures
- Assisting with HR projects and wider people initiatives
About You
- 2+ years' experience in HR Administration, HR Operations or a Generalist position
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- A proactive approach with the confidence to identify and implement improvements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with HR systems and employee records
- Flexible, adaptable and willing to get involved across all areas of HR
- CIPD qualification or working towards same would be advantageous
