HR Generalist 12 month FTC

Professional services firm based in Dublin 2 are seeking a HR Generalist within their HR Operations team for a 12 month maternity leave contract. The position is based 2/3 days onsite with full benefits on offer.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employee relations (ER) processes, excellent relationship management skills, and proven experience in business partnering, including contributing to projects and delivering presentations.
Mid-late November start date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for various departments
  • Undertake payroll preparation and leave management
  • Support Management on various HR projects and initiatives
  • Provide HR advisory services and coaching to people managers.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to anticipate needs.
  • Collaborate with the HR operations team on innovative solutions.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience in a professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations and HR operations.
  • Strong ability to build partnerships with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for effective interaction.
  • Ability to analyse complex situations and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in HR reporting and analysis tools.
