Professional services firm based in Dublin 2 are seeking a HR Generalist for a 12 month maternity leave contract. The position is based 2/3 days onsite with full benefits on offer.
The role focuses on business partnering and operational HR tasks. The company values strong communication skills and offers a supportive culture and collaborative environment.
Interviews scheduled for week beginning September 10th with a start date of mid November.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for various departments
- Undertake payroll preparation and leave management
- Support Management on various HR projects and initiatives
- Provide HR advisory services and coaching to people managers.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to anticipate needs.
- Collaborate with the HR operations team on innovative solutions.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience in a professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations and HR operations.
- Strong ability to build partnerships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written skills for effective interaction.
- Ability to analyse complex situations and make informed recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in HR reporting and analysis tools.
