HR Generalist 12 month FTC

HR Generalist required for a regulatory governing body located in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will be part of the HR Operations team with primary responsibility for all Talent Acquisition and HR Operations connected to Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations and general employee experience.

You will work very closely with the HR Manager and Recruitment Specialist and also work with the wider team on organisation wide HR Projects and continual improvements.

  • Hybrid working model, 2 days onsite 3 days wfh
  • 37.5 hour working week, 9-5
  • 12 month temp assignment
  • Salary band €40,000-€50,000
  • Dublin city centre location on Luas line

Role & Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Managing recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintaining and updating staff files
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting on all leave types - including sick leave, maternity, paternity, parental and other leave
  • Producing and analysing reports and metrics on all aspects of the HR function
  • Update policies and procedures in line with new and existing legislation
  • Providing general HR administrative support

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience of working in a HR role in the public sector
  • HR Qualification or related qualification, CIPD
  • Demonstrable experience in managing full cycle recruitment including Public Sector competency-based interviewing.
  • Experience in all aspects of HR Operations
  • Qualification in, or experience of Irish employment law or employee relations
  • Experience in Occupop or Strandum HR system (desirable)
