HR Administrator| Temp to Perm
Are you looking to build your career within Human Resources in a professional, fast-paced environment? Our client, a highly regarded professional services organisation, is seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their collaborative HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 6-12 months HR administration experience who enjoys working in a varied role supporting the full employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with an experienced HR team, gaining exposure to a broad range of HR activities while contributing to an exceptional employee experience.
This is a genuine temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering a hybrid working model. To be considered, you must be available to commence employment within one week of receiving an offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments and other employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data is up to date.
- Assist with onboarding, induction and employee lifecycle administration.
- Coordinate mandatory training and support compliance-related activities.
- Monitor absence records and respond to employee queries.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits.
- Provide first-line support for day-to-day HR queries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes and internal events.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team as required.
About You
You'll be an organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in an HR Administration.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
