Leading Irish Law firm require a HR Administrator for a rolling assignment. The role is hybrid and their offices are based in Dublin 4. It requires an immediate start and salary on offer is €28,000-€32,000 depending on experience. Ideal candidate will have one year experience in a similar environment.

In this role you will support the recruitment & HR team with candidate screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating the recruitment process, preparing contracts & HR Admin support. This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to develop their skills as part of a welcoming and supportive team, whilst gaining broad experience in both Recruitment & HR.

Responsibilities include
·      providing administrative support to the recruitment team for both fee-earning and business support roles
·      providing HR support, particularly on CPD and maintaining CPD records & assisting with projects as part of the wider HR team.;
·      scheduling interviews, coordinating process and communicating with candidates throughout;
·      ensuring candidates, agencies, and hiring managers are kept up to date during the recruitment process;
·      maintaining talent management system
·      conducting pre-employment checks;
·      diligently preparing contracts for new employees;
·      supporting the graduate recruitment and talent management function; and
·      contributing to sourcing methods and utilise talent database
Candidate requirements
·      experience in, and / or an undergraduate degree in HR, recruitment, psychology, business or a related area;
·      good MS office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel);
·      keen eye for details and interest in HR & Recruitment
·      excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask;
·      a strong team player; and
·      a positive, proactive & innovative approach.
