Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing risk and engineering projects aligned with the group’s strategic goals.
- Conduct research and present findings to the Head of Risk.
- Support risk assessments and develop training materials for key projects.
- Help conduct the annual Risk, Safety, and HACCP Internal Audit Programme.
- Update and review property-specific safety statements and legislation registers.
- Perform gap analyses on current safety processes and execute action plans.
- Participate in risk, health and safety, food safety meetings, and capital project work.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and standards.
- Understanding of environmental and fire safety legislation.
- Experience in research, project work, and food safety or health and safety auditing is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.
