This is a fantastic opportunity for a Risk / Health & Safety Assistant to join a prestigious international luxury hotel group, playing a vital role in enhancing Property Safety, Food Safety, and other key risk areas, ensuring they not only meet but exceed industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing risk and engineering projects aligned with the group’s strategic goals.
  • Conduct research and present findings to the Head of Risk.
  • Support risk assessments and develop training materials for key projects.
  • Help conduct the annual Risk, Safety, and HACCP Internal Audit Programme.
  • Update and review property-specific safety statements and legislation registers.
  • Perform gap analyses on current safety processes and execute action plans.
  • Participate in risk, health and safety, food safety meetings, and capital project work.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Understanding of environmental and fire safety legislation.
  • Experience in research, project work, and food safety or health and safety auditing is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.
