Graduate Recruitment HR Administrator

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading international legal firm for a Graduate Recruitment HR Administrator to join their dynamic HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, varied, and people-focused role, supporting the full lifecycle of graduate, intern and placement recruitment, and development activities.
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in graduate recruitment or early careers recruitment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a professional services environment is desirable
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proactive, collaborative, and confident using your initiative

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate careers fair attendance and act as a brand ambassador at events (some travel outside Dublin may be required)
- Support interview logistics, application shortlisting, and issuing of contracts
- Manage onboarding processes for interns, placement students, and trainees
Programme Support:
- Assist in planning and executing structured intern and trainee development programmes
- Schedule events, talks and social activities
- Regularly check in with interns and trainees to support their experience
Trainee Development & Newly Qualified Support:
- Assist in the administration of Law Society paperwork
- Support the Manager of the Trainee Development Programme in day-to-day matters
- Assist with the Newly Qualified (NQ) process and associated HR documentation
Marketing & Communications:
- Liaise with the Marketing team on social media campaigns and graduate attraction collateral
- Create relevant content for digital channels and support brand promotion
