Global Funds Registration Specialist (1-3 years Experience)

An exciting opportunity to join a global law firm and start your career as a Global Funds Registration Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience in financial services and an understanding of the funds sector. If you are someone with an interest in this area but have struggled to find a way to work and train in global funds this is the path you should be taking!

  • Hybrid – three days on site, Dublin 2

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain client registration records and ensure they are up to date.
  • Prepare quarterly compliance statements for passported funds.
  • Stay informed of legal and regulatory updates in foreign jurisdictions.
  • Advise clients on options for offering UCITS and AIFs in various markets, including Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas, and the Middle East.
  • Handle all aspects of the application process for marketing UCITS and AIFs within EU and non-EU member states.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Prepare and submit registration applications and notifications to relevant regulatory authorities.

Key requirements for suitable candidates:

  • Minimum of one years’ experience working in Financial Services / Investment Management
  •  Strong understanding of the funds industry and purpose of funds as a financial vehicle.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Be skilled working in teams, taking initiative and being proactive and a strong desire to continuously learn and keep up to date with regulatory changes.
