Key Responsibilities
- Support licensor-initiated audits, coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate audit fieldwork logistics, including document collection, data validation, and scheduling.
- Assist in responding to auditor inquiries and tracking audit timelines and deliverables.
- Support royalty audits of licensees, including data analysis and reporting reviews.
- Prepare and maintain compliance dashboards and management reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance initiatives.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and presentations related to compliance activities.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–6 years in compliance, audit, accounting, finance, or a related analytical role.
- Audit Support: Experience in supporting internal, external, or regulatory audits preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-handling skills; advanced Excel skills required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work across functions and interact professionally with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in an international or cross-border environment is a plus.
