What You Will Be Responsible For
Leadership & Culture
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a large, creative team within a high-performance, luxury environment
- Foster a polished, professional culture aligned with exceptional service standards
- Oversee recruitment, development, and performance management across all levels
Operational Excellence
- Ensure the seamless day-to-day running of a busy, high-end salon
- Maintain exceptional standards across every client touchpoint
- Continuously refine systems and processes to support efficiency and excellence
Commercial Performance & KPIs
- Take full ownership of sales performance, revenue growth, and key business KPIs
- Drive a strong retail culture, ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets
- Analyse performance data, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to exceed targets
- Oversee stock control and inventory management with a commercial, results-driven mindset
Client Experience
- Deliver a true “white-glove” experience tailored to a loyal and discerning clientele
- Manage VIP and high-expectation clients with confidence, discretion, and professionalism
- Lead by example in setting and maintaining exceptional service standards
Who You Are
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior management role within luxury hospitality, premium retail, or high-end beauty
- A commercially driven leader with a proven track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIs
- Highly experienced in managing large teams, with strong HR and performance management expertise
- Calm, composed, and decisive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, organised, and standards-driven
- Passionate about luxury service, client experience, and business growth
