Key Responsibilities
- Manage company secretarial matters for a portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate with client legal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle company incorporations, dissolutions, board changes, and amendments to constitutional documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory filing obligations, including beneficial ownership and annual return requirements.
- Maintain statutory books and manage company files.
- Attend board meetings and prepare detailed minutes.
- Provide responsive client service for company secretarial queries.
