This prestigious real estate organisation is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the business strategy for the department by achieving business goals, including increasing profitability through effective cost management.
- Manage all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, GL, Treasury and Revenue Recognition.
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, annual reports and KPI reporting.
- Prepare individual entity accounts and consolidated month-end accounts and reporting pack, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and KPI's.
- Work closely with and provide ongoing support and advice to the MD, CFO and the property management finance teams.
- Coordinate year-end audit, managing the audit process and be the point of contact for external parties.
- Responsible for the continuous focus on finance process improvements, ERP, IT system updates/roll outs.
- Oversee budget, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions, financial reporting and management reporting.
- Manage and coach the finance team.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Additional ad-hoc duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant - Chartered Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using accounting software.
- Strategic and forward thinking.
- Experience supporting and implementing a new ERP system.
- Understanding of the full Finance function, including A/R, A/P, GL and Treasury.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Resilient approach towards workload.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity that arises as part of the role.
Full-time permanent and hybrid role. 3 days Office and 2 days WFH. Salary €75k-€85k plus bonus and excellent benefits package.
