This prestigious international law firm, is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. The Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in providing financial information, tools, analysis, insight, and support to leadership, driving better financial performance and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly management reports, including insight, analysis, and commentary on financial performance.
  • Preparation of annual and semi-annual plans and forecasts, challenging financial growth ambitions and assumptions.
  • Collaborating with users to enhance the impact of operational reporting on financial performance.
  • Presenting financial information monthly at department and practice group leader meetings.
  • Preparation of weekly operational reports and monitoring WIP and Debtor Lock-Up levels.
  • Introducing and enhancing commercial procedures to improve financial performance.
  • Providing periodic financial skills training and supporting the month-end billing process.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • 3rd level qualification inn a related field, ACA / ACCA preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years previous finance experience within a corporate org
  • FP&A Exp highly advantageous
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and accounting skills.
  • High level of commercial and business awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong growth mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
