Finance Administrator (Executive Officer) – 6 Month Contract
A well-established organisation in the education sector is seeking a Finance Administrator (Grade IV) to join its team on a 6-month contract.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Officer, you will support key finance operations, including bank reconciliations, staff expenses, and creditor accounts, while acting as a first point of contact for finance-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly bank and creditor reconciliations
- Process bank transactions, supplier setup, and payments
- Review and process staff expense claims
- Maintain financial records and support audits
- Manage shared finance inbox and respond to queries
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team
