We are hiring a Finance Administrator to join a busy and friendly Finance team within a leading Dublin-based professional services company. You’ll be a key player in day-to-day finance tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and accounts payable support – using Excel and financial systems on a daily basis. This role is well-suited to someone looking to build foundational experience in finance while working in a collaborative and well-established organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Upload, process and manage invoices and other financial data accurately
- Enter and maintain financial records using Excel and internal systems
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and administrative finance duties
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding finance queries
- Get involved in time and expense processing and support
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative, accounts support, or finance assistant role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Confident using Microsoft Excel; experience with finance systems (like Sage or similar) is a bonus – training is provided
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and support wider team goals
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
