We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead a comprehensive workspace optimisation and modernisation project for a respected regulatory organisation.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dublin 2 on an initial 12-month agency contract, with the project expected to run for close to two years.
What You’ll Do:
- Project Planning: Define and manage project objectives, timelines, and budgets for workspace improvements.
- Workspace Reconfiguration: Lead office floor redesigns and oversee smooth staff transitions with minimal disruption.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, sub-tenants, landlords, and other key partners.
- Sustainability Focus: Ensure compliance with energy efficiency and sustainability standards.
- Risk & Compliance: Mitigate risks, ensure operational continuity, and maintain adherence to health and safety regulations.
What You Bring:
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Proven experience leading large-scale workplace transformation projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy efficiency requirements.
- Expertise in change and stakeholder management.
Desirable: Experience with hot desking systems and public procurement processes.
