This Global Corporate Finance Co in Dublin 2 is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join their Dublin team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for activities related to the Executives.
- Manage extensive diaries for the SVP Head of IT Solutions & Managing Director – Dublin and SVP Head of Group IT Infrastructure & Services.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including hospitality events.
- Handle email inboxes and manage complex business travel arrangements.
- Process expenses and coordinate group travel itineraries for wider teams.
- Contribute to the company's core principles and enhance client experience.
- Provide absence cover for the Dublin Administration & Facilities team as required.
- The role also covers all aspects of administrative support required for the improvement of client experience, and other projects assigned by the reporting manager.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally within the financial industry.
- Capable of organising events of varying scales.
- Highly Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Strategic thinker & Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Excellent skills for building relationships at all levels.
- Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate initiative.
