About You:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a professional or membership-based setting.
  • Strong background in event planning and execution.
  • Experience providing secretariat support, i.e. organising meetings, taking minutes, sending agendas, following up on next actions, etc.
  • Experience in a legal environment (e.g. law firm or legal secretary role) is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing demanding personalities with professionalism and poise.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills — including Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and event platforms.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Why Join?

You’ll be part of a purpose-driven organisation known for its high standards and supportive environment.

The role offers real variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow within a well-regarded professional body.
