About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of day-to-day campaign delivery for a range of eCommerce clients. You’ll manage everything from campaign planning and briefing to build, QA, scheduling, and post-send analysis.
In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring campaigns to life and you’ll be the one ensuring they’re delivered accurately, on time, and with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate weekly email and SMS campaigns across multiple DTC brands.
- Build, test, and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo (or similar ESPs), including segmentation, dynamic content, and QA checks.
- Work with creative teams to refine messaging, visuals, and promotional angles.
- Review campaign performance and provide clear insights, recommendations, and optimisation ideas.
- Communicate with clients about timelines, approvals, deliverables, and results.
- Maintain campaign calendars and internal workflow trackers to keep projects on schedule.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, creative, and content variations to continually improve performance.
- Ensure all activity complies with brand guidelines, deliverability best practices, and GDPR/CAN-SPAM requirements.
- Support automation (flow) setup, testing, and updates where needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally within an agency or eCommerce environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or comparable ESPs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or brands at once.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- High attention to detail, i.e. you catch errors before they reach the client.
- Comfortable interpreting performance metrics and explaining what worked (and why).
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving team.
- Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
