Education Development Specialist
Dublin 1 | Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days remote)
Salary: €45,000 + excellent benefits package
A leading education professional body based in Dublin 1 is seeking an experienced Education Development Specialist to join its Education Team.
Reporting to the Head of Teaching and Learning, this role will support the design, development and delivery of high-quality education and training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging, learner-focused content (textbooks, microlearning, study supports)
- Coordinate projects with subject matter experts, authors and lecturers
- Support assessment processes and prepare examination documentation
- Ensure programmes meet academic and quality standards
- Analyse learner feedback and engagement data to enhance programmes
- Contribute to continuous improvement and represent the organisation at events
About You
- Experience developing educational materials and working with subject matter experts
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office; comfortable learning new education technologies
- Degree-qualified or 5+ years’ relevant experience
- Strong communication, analytical and report-writing skills
