EDI & Wellbeing Projects Coordinator

A prominent membership organisation based in Dublin 7 is seeking a dynamic and experienced EDI & Wellbeing Projects Coordinator to lead a range of strategic initiatives supporting equality, diversity, inclusion (EDI), and mental wellbeing across its membership and internal teams.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence cultural and structural change across the legal and professional services sector, shaping policy, driving reform, and building a supportive, inclusive environment for members and staff alike.
This is a key position with responsibility for:
- Delivering the organisation’s Equality Action Plan and advancing its Strategic Plan 2025–26 objectives.
- Providing strategic support to the Equality & Resilience Committee and acting as its Secretary.
- Leading internal and external stakeholder engagement on EDI and wellness issues.
- Developing and embedding long-term mental health and wellbeing initiatives for members.
- Supporting inclusive practice development, improved accessibility, and increased awareness around diversity at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage the rollout of EDI reforms, aligned with organisational strategy.
- Advise senior leadership on equality and wellness priorities, and monitor sector-wide developments.
- Contribute to university outreach, access initiatives, and the delivery of professional development programmes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant governance, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
- Lead the internal staff EDI Committee and support integration of best practices across all departments.
Requirements:
- A degree in Equality Studies, Cultural Diversity, Disability Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience working in EDI, preferably within legal, professional services, or membership-based organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to implement strategic initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven project management and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong IT literacy, particularly across Microsoft Office tools.
