An established family-run office is seeking an experienced, highly organised, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is a broad, hands-on role requiring strong judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across executive support, property oversight, travel logistics, and office management.
The Role
Executive Support
- Complex diary and schedule management
- Meeting coordination and preparation of briefing materials
- Drafting and managing confidential correspondence
- Acting as gatekeeper and key liaison
Property Oversight
- Coordination of residential/commercial property management
- Liaising with contractors and service providers
- Monitoring budgets, invoices, and service standards
Travel & Logistics
- End-to-end management of extensive international and domestic travel
- Coordination of commercial and private flights, accommodation, and ground transport
- Detailed itinerary preparation and contingency planning
Office Management & Personal Support
- Oversight of daily office operations
- Vendor and supplier management
- Ad hoc personal support and errands as required
The Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience supporting a CEO, Principal, or C-level executive
- Proven experience managing complex travel and logistics
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Highly discreet, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Professional, polished, and calm under pressure
