Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Location: Office-based with flexibility
Salary: €60,000 plus bonus and benefits package

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, we are seeking a highly organised, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to become a trusted partner to senior leadership team. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise.
You will work alongside high-performing, entrepreneurial leaders and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while also supporting exciting ad-hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex calendar management and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinating domestic and international travel with exceptional attention to detail
- Managing expenses and supporting financial administration
- Preparing meeting materials, documentation, and presentations
- Supporting Directors with day-to-day administrative requirements
- Managing multiple ad-hoc projects and special initiatives
- Handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion
About You
- 4+ years’ experience supporting a senior executive and managing an office
- Outstanding organisational, planning, and project management skills
- Ability to work at pace, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office capability
- Confidence managing complex travel arrangements and logistics
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with ambiguity
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Desire to grow with the role and take on increasing responsibility
- Positive attitude with a genuine enjoyment of being part of a collaborative team
