A well-established organisation is seeking a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Officer to join their People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative professional to play a key role in shaping and delivering initiatives that promote inclusion, fairness and belonging across the organisation.

The successful candidate will help drive meaningful change by supporting the development and implementation of strategies that ensure all employees feel valued, respected and empowered to thrive.

About the Role

As DEIB Officer, you will support the design and delivery of the organisation’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy. You will work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to embed inclusive practices, create engaging internal communications, and support employee-led initiatives that promote a culture of belonging.

This role will suit someone who is enthusiastic about building inclusive workplaces and who enjoys developing creative and impactful engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, delivery and monitoring of the organisation’s DEIB strategy.
  • Manage and update internal intranet and SharePoint platforms with engaging and informative content.
  • Support and guide Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in achieving their goals and initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support inclusive recruitment and retention practices.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and deliver DEIB training, awareness campaigns and events.
  • Lead DEIB-related reporting, including employee surveys, internal communications, annual reporting and Gender Pay Gap reporting.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree-level education, preferably in Diversity & Inclusion or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a DEIB or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
  • Strong digital skills, including proficiency in SharePoint and design tools such as Canva or Stripo.
  • A genuine passion and personal commitment to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
