Job Title: Data and Reporting Lead
Location: Dublin 1 | Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite/week

Our client, a prestigious training and development institution, is seeking a Data and Reporting Lead to join their Business Support and Strategy team in Dublin 1, reporting directly into the Head of Business Support and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver accurate, timely reports and dashboards.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support data-led decision-making.
- Lead data-related workstreams in transformation initiatives.
- Foster a culture of data excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor data quality, coordinate required data improvement initiatives, and ensure high-quality data and compliance with regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in business, science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Demonstrable experience in a leadership role driving a culture of data-led decision making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data analysis in a clear and accessible way to stakeholders across the organisation who may not be familiar with its benefits or applications.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Visual Basic, and other reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with AI tools for data manipulation and/or analysis would be advantageous (but not essential).
