Data Entry Processing Administrator – Dublin 12 | 12-Month Contract | On-Site
Location: Dublin 12 (close to Red Line LUAS, 6W, 8, Ballyfermot, Walkinstown)
Hours: 9:30am–5:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm
About the Role:
This is a 12-month contract offering the opportunity to join our busy Processing Department as a Data Entry Processing Administrator.
You’ll play a key role in handling Telecom, Broadband, Mobile, and Electricity orders, ensuring smooth operations through accurate data entry, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Process Telecom, Mobile, and Power orders efficiently and accurately.
- Track and resolve queries, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain processing tickets, reports, price lists, and appointment schedules.
- Support your team and management to keep the department running smoothly.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with a keen eye for detail and a focus on accuracy.
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in handling calls.
- At least 1 year’s experience in order processing, administration, or customer service.
- Telecom experience is a bonus, but not essential.
