Interview Process:
Applicants must be available to attend a full assessment day on Friday 28th February 2025 where you will be invited to learn more about the opportunity; apply yourself in individual interviews and group role plays.
Successful applicants will be invited to join a training programme for up to 16 weeks before committing to a permanent position with this company.
Hours of work:
Training Period: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Permanent:
One weekend per month and the Rota will operate on shift basis of 7.5 hours per shift.
Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm.
Weekends & Bank Holidays, 9am - 5.30pm.
Location of work: Fully based on-site at Dublin Airport.

Duties
• Provide a warm welcome to customers and deliver the highest standard of service in a fast-moving operational environment.
• Interact with customers coherently and accurately across both written and spoken channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries, requests and complaints, relative to the assigned workstack to completion each day.
• Problem solve issues or challenges using the tools available to ensure the customer’s request is resolved satisfactorily.
• Identify and escalate issues that have a potentially significant impact on the customer or company, in order to ensure a level of cross-functional preparedness.
Qualifications & Key Criteria
We are looking for an individual with experience / qualifications in the following areas:
• At least 12 months experience working in a customer service environment.
• A warm and welcoming customer care mindset with an authentic love of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to analyse and resolve problems quickly.
• Ability to operate effectively in a team environment and on own initiative while under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude to change.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to be able to prioritise & manage tasks.
• Ability and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance record.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Be in possession or be able to pass a strict airport security vetting procedure which includes a 5-year background check.
• Eligible to live and work in the EU.
• Hold a current unrestricted worldwide passport.
