Corporate Support Specialist

My client are a leading professional services firm based centrally in Dublin 2 who are seeking to hire a Corporate Support Specialist.

This position is a key factor in client service delivery and the delivery of in-house meetings and events.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in corporate hospitality, client services, corporate reception or AV support looking to take the next step in their career and work with a fast paced, inclusive team with further progression opportunities available.

Due to the nature of this position, there is no hybrid working in this role.

You will:

  • Support and maintain all the AV equipment in Client meeting rooms, in-house meeting rooms and events / training spaces.
  • Support dedicated Teams / Zoom conference rooms to support the hybrid model.
  • Support internal and external events from an AV perspective.
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve any issues arising Liaising with marketing and events, IT, Facilities, and reception to ensure a seamless service

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced corporate hospitality, client services or AV support position.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations and troubleshoot on the spot queries
  • Be professionally presented, calm under pressure and a good planner and organiser who can take full responsibility for this key function.
  • Have excellent relationship building skills and ability to work directly with clients daily.
  • Enjoy delivering an excellent client service.
