Corporate Receptionist
Dublin 2:
Located near Dawson Street, on Green Luas line
Working Hours: 9.00 - 5.30, full-time onsite
The Corporate Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role requires a professional, welcoming, and proactive individual who can manage front-of-house operations while providing administrative support to the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Warmly meet and greet all visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Manage visitor check-in processes and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments.
Transport & Deliveries
- Arrange taxi bookings for staff and visitors as required.
- Receive, sign for, and coordinate courier deliveries and collections, ensuring timely distribution.
Meeting Room Coordination
- Manage meeting room bookings using the internal scheduling system.
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up appropriately, presentable, and equipped with required facilities.
- Liaise with internal teams to support meeting logistics where necessary.
Front-of-House Presentation
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Ensure supplies such as magazines, brochures, stationery, and refreshments are well-stocked.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the office, such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with office-wide communications and support internal events where required.
- Update internal systems and contact lists as needed.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role (corporate environment preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and room-booking/visitor management systems.
- Professional appearance and customer-service focus.
