Are you a Corporate Receptionist and looking for a change? We are seeking a polished receptionist to join an established firm in St. Stephens Green. You will have impeccable presentation and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service coupled with strong technical skills and the ability to multi-task.
As part of a team of 6 your role will rotate between the main reception area and the client suite.
-Onsite Monday-Friday
-Core hours are 9-5.30, although flexibility is required for early morning/evening meetings
Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Meeting and greeting clients
- To ensure Boardrooms and both Reception areas are kept pristine at all times.
- Coordinating and managing the meeting rooms
- To take ownership of the administration duties involved in the running of a busy reception area, including client car-parking, couriers, post etc.
- To manage ad hoc hospitality events/projects as they arise.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working as a Corporate Receptionist or within a Customer Service role in a professional environment-Air hostess/Ground hostess in Aviation
- Confident in dealing with clients and executives at all levels.
- Experience of a busy front of house reception area.
- Exceptional professional etiquette.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and matters.
- Open to flexible working hours
- Experience in a legal/professional services environment is desirable.
