Corporate Receptionist - 12 month FTC
Prestigious law firm based in Dublin 2 require a Corporate Receptionist with at least three years’ experience in a similar setting. You will join a welcoming reception team delivering top-class service to both clients and the internal team.
Role Details:
- 12 month contract
- Competitive salary
- Fully onsite role / close to Grand Canal Dock.
- Shift work – earliest start 7.45am / latest finish 6.30pm.
Duties:
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Organising taxis and couriers.
- Managing meeting room scheduling.
- Liaising with catering partners and AV technician.
- Supporting with various administrative tasks as they arise.
- Taking high-volume of phone calls.
Requirements:
- 3 years corporate receptionist experience in a fast-paced, high end office setting (ideally in a legal or professional services environment)
- You will need to have flexibility around shifts as they rotate regularly.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and switchboard systems.
